Highly Recommend Jackie

Zillow 5 Star Agent badgeI highly recommend Jackie, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took great care of our needs and really listened to what it was that we wanted. She delivered on every aspect and was so kind and understanding. Her communication was excellent and she took the time to explain the process.
No one can prepare you for selling a home and buying a new one. We had no idea how much time and effort that it would take and Jackie worked day and night to help us. Her work ethic is outstanding and she really took care of us. She was so understanding when we were stressed out and called her over everything single thing we needed. She always returned our calls and texts.
I would recommend Jackie to anyone and everyone that I know. I cannot say enough that we are so thankful for her. We will always use her for our real estate needs. She is the BEST and I highly recommend her!

Great Negotiating Skills

Zillow 5 Star Agent badgeJackie made the entire process of relocating easy. We moved from Wisconsin to Arizona and did not know what areas we wanted to target. She spent time with us looking around potential areas as we figured out where we wanted to live. We are thrilled with the house we decided upon. Jackie had great  negotiating skills, with other interested parties also expressing interest in the house. We would highly recommend her!

How To Take Care Of Your Pool During Monsoon

poo photoBeing a pool owner in Phoenix is one of the luxuries many valley residents enjoy. During Monsoon, nights continue holding high temperatures and a midnight dip in a pool after long day is fun and refreshing.  However, heavy rainfalls during this time of the year means extra pool maintenance to keep your water clear and balanced.  With the help of professional pool service you can always assure your pool is swim ready and here are some tips to keep in mind:

1. Check you water levels often

Keep testing the pH levels frequently to ensure your water is safe.  Salt water systems are becoming very popular so that you don’t subject your family to harsh chemicals but these pools still need extra maintenance after heavy rain storms.

2. Keep an eye on the clarity of your water

The most dreaded result of unbalanced water is hidden bacteria which creates green swamp like water.  Pollen, heavy rain and other particles get swept into the pool causing algae overgrowth but sometimes green water may be due to e.Coli which is dangerous to come into contact with.  Once you start noticing you water is less than crystal clear – don’t wait!

3. Take care of your equipment

Keep your equipment in top working condition and don’t underestimate your filter – it is responsible to clean up the the algea after heavy rain storms.  If you are taking care of your own pool, don’t delay weekly backwashing.

4. Make time for maintenance

You or your professional should schedule time for routine maintenance while you skim your water daily for debris that float on the surface and fill up your skimmer.  Empty the skimmer basked every day which may sometime hold small, dead rodents that offset the pH balance.

Being a pool owner means accepting the responsibility to keep your pool and water in sanitary condition but it also allows the opportunity to swim and play anytime you desire.
