Tempe is an area bustling with activity. It is conveniently bordered by the Loop 101 to the east, the SR 60 to the north and I-10 to the west making it easy to get anywhere in the Valley quickly. Tempe Sports Complex is a 60-acre athletic complex with seven lighted multi-purpose fields, four lighted soccer fields, baseball/softball fields and a skate park.
Homeowners in Tempe also enjoy an abundance of shopping and entertainment opportunities. Arizona Mills Mall offers 170 stores and restaurants and a 26,000 square foot aquarium. Tempe Marketplace features a Harkins Theater plus over 1.3 million square feet of retail space, a vibrant nightlife, unique water features for the kids to play in and nightly live music. It is a short drive to Downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport and Chase Field.
